Sales Executive(Automotive Parts - Heavy Vehicles - Indoor & Outdoor Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities - Outdoor Sales:-

  • Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the heavy vehicle segment, including workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships.
  • Conduct outdoor visits to meet clients, present products, and close sales.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Roles and Responsibilities- Indoor Sales:-

  • Manage incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in-person visits regarding heavy vehicle spare parts.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and payments accurately.
  • Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
  • Assist outdoor sales executives by providing product information, stock availability, and technical support.
  • Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders.

Requirements:-

  • Holds a minimum of 2 years of UAE sales experience within the automotive parts industry(Heavy Vehicles).
  • Proven experience in heavy vehicle spare parts sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics and spare parts is preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
