Job Overview:
A premium tile & building material export brand is expanding its Ahmedabad office and looking for a Sales Executive with proven experience in international trade and exports. This is a full-time, offline role for candidates who want to grow in global markets. Preference will be given to professionals with ceramic industry experience and strong exposure to import/export at the international level.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Export Growth

  • Drive international export sales for tiles, slabs, and building materials.

  • Achieve quarterly & annual sales targets with a structured growth plan.

Market Development

  • Research new countries/markets for expansion.

  • Identify distributors, bulk buyers, and partners globally.

  • Track competitor activities & market price trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop strong connections with international buyers, importers & architects.

  • Manage negotiations, quotations, and closing of deals.

  • Ensure after-sales service and client satisfaction.

Export Operations

  • Handle full export cycle: inquiry order dispatch documentation.

  • Prepare invoices, shipping documents, customs paperwork, and LC handling.

  • Coordinate with logistics & CHA for smooth shipments.

Representation & Travel

  • Represent — at trade fairs, B2B meetings, and client visits abroad.

  • Travel internationally when required (economically planned).

Key Deliverables:

  • Enter at least one new international market each quarter.

  • Contribute to 15-20% YoY growth in export sales.

  • Build a long-term client base with repeat orders.

  • Ensure error-free export documentation & compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 2-5 years in international sales/export (ceramics or building materials preferred).

Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of tiles, slabs, sanitaryware, or building material trade.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & negotiation (fluent English required).

  • Knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and compliance.

  • Comfortable with pricing, margins, and client quotations.

  • MS Excel, Word, and email proficiency.

Personality Traits:

  • Disciplined, target-oriented, and confident in client meetings.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.

  • Willing to learn & adapt to global markets.
