Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive /Intern to join our Trivandrum office. This role is ideal for someone eager to master sales techniques, build client relationships, and contribute to our growth in the digital marketing industry. As a work-from-office Executive/Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in pitching services, generating leads, and collaborating with our team in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to pitch our digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, social media management, Google Ads).
• Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn and industry directories.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and follow-up communications.
• Track leads and update CRM with call outcomes and client feedback.
• Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions at our Trivandrum office.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand service offerings and client needs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (freshers welcome).
• Highly proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team-based office environment.
• Ability to commute to our Trivandrum office during regular business hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST).
• Availability for 45-54 hours/week in the office, with flexibility to adjust based on office needs.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or internships (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts or tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
