Sales Executive/Live Seller (Female)

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Responsible for creating engaging and informative content across various digital platforms, such as Facebook, TikTok, and other trendy digital platforms.
• Engage with customers during live streams to promote the products and address their concerns.
• Effectively promote products and increase the interest of potential customers.
• Addressing customer inquiries during live broadcasts.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Count and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
