
Sales Executive(Outdoor)-PPE
- Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B (distributors, industrial clients, government entities) and B2C markets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly sales reports for management review.
- Track sales performance, provide forecasts, and recommend actions to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and market feedback.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of various PPE products, their applications, and relevant safety regulations.
- Educate clients on the benefits, proper usage, and compliance aspects of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations that address client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide effective after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and meet client expectations.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to their professional development.
