Sales Executives

Position Overview

Increase Rev is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with up to 2 years of experience in B2B digital sales, preferably within advertising or ad networks. This on-site role, based in Gulshan, Karachi, involves end-to-end sales responsibilities including lead generation, client acquisition, and building long-term relationships with advertisers and publishers. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in communication, and eager to grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
• Pitch Increase Rev’s advertising solutions and close B2B sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, publishers, and partners.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored ad network solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B digital sales (ad network or digital marketing preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and manage professional relationships.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
