2. **Fresher / Experienced Candidate** – Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000

### **Job Description & Responsibilities**

* Attend and handle customer calls regarding property facilities

* Convince customers for bookings (leads will be provided)

* Maintain strong communication and sales skills

* Build positive relationships with clients

### **Language Requirements**

* **Hindi:** Fluent (mandatory)

* **Gujarati:** Basic understanding

* **English:** Basic understanding

### **Work Schedule**

* **Timings:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* **Weekends:** Saturday & Sunday working

* **Weekly Off:** One day off between Monday to Friday (as per candidate’s choice)
