Job Opportunity: Sales Executives (Cold Calling – US Insurance Campaign)

Location: Gulberg 2, Lahore

Shift Timing: Night Shift (08:00 PM – 04:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We’re looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team for a US-based insurance campaign. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the confidence to engage with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential US-based clients.

• Generate qualified leads and meet daily/weekly targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Build rapport and ensure a professional representation of the company.

Requirements

• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in cold calling or lead generation preferred.

• Fresh graduates, A-levels, and university students are encouraged to apply.

• Must be comfortable working in night shifts.

• Confidence, consistency, and persistence are essential traits.

Salary: PKR 45000 Basic plus commission on each lead maturing to a sale (based on performance and experience)
