Sales executives in real estate

We are looking for an Experienced Candidate for sales executives in real estate industries who must have good real estate Knowledge and background must know how to handle real estate and their requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in real estate sales.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to promote our properties effectively.

• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.

• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and procedures.

• Scheduling one on one meetings with customers to provide solutions specific to their needs

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Preparation of all types of MIS reports & Analysis.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Ensuring Customer delight each and every time

• Solving all post-sales queries or concerns of customers

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
