Sales Executives ( US Campaign)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – US Campaign to join our expanding logistics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cold calling and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients within a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to potential clients in the US market
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Effectively present and promote the company’s logistics services
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in US campaign or logistics industry is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
  • Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi

Note:

This position is not open to fresh candidates. Internship opportunities will be announced separately.

Location: G-9, Islamabad

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: PKR 50,000 (first 3 months probation) → PKR 80,000 after confirmation
  • Uncapped Commission (high earning potential)
