Sales Expert

Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet customers in a polite and professional manner that reflects the brand image.


  • Provide comprehensive information about available products, including ingredients, features, and usage.


  • Assist customers in selecting suitable fragrances based on their needs and personal preferences.


  • Recommend complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the overall shopping experience.


  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.


  • Organize and arrange products in-store to ensure an attractive and well-structured display.


  • Process sales transactions and complete payments accurately in accordance with company policies.


  • Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.


  • Monitor inventory, assist in receiving new stock, and ensure proper product display within the store.


Required Skills:


  •Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.


  •Good knowledge of perfume types and ingredients (previous hands-on experience in the field is preferred).


  •Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to meet sales targets.


  •Ability to work within a team in a dynamic work environment.


  •Proficiency in handling POS systems and various payment methods.


  •Attention to detail and accuracy.



Requirements:

  •Previous experience in perfume or cosmetics sales.
