Key Responsibilities:
Fashion Design & Creative Direction
- Contribute to the design and development of womenswear collections.
- Work closely with the design team to create styles aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Develop accurate size charts and technical specifications for production.
- Communicate design details effectively to master tailors and production teams.
- Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments with an eye for quality and cost efficiency.
- Support merchandising decisions to ensure collections meet market demand.
Sales & Client Management
- Lead and manage the atelier’s sales operations to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including VIPs and repeat customers.
- Provide styling advice and design-informed recommendations during client consultations.
- Mentor and motivate sales associates to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Oversee clienteling activities: appointments, follow-ups, and after-sales support.

Requirements:
- Strong background in fashion sales, client relations, and business development.
- Knowledge of fashion design, garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
- Ability to balance creative vision with commercial sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a boutique/startup environment.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
