Sales Firestopping

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Vortexen Dynamics is seeking a target-driven and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Fire Stopping and Passive Fire Protection Services within the UAE market — specifically Abu Dhabi.

The candidate must have local experience, established client contacts, and deep knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations. This is a performance-oriented position designed for professionals who can generate leads, close deals, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, EPCs, and facility management companies.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Fire Stopping, Fireproofing, and Passive Fire Protection services.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and submittals as per client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for site inspections and project follow-ups.
  • Register and prequalify the company with major clients and government departments.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company capabilities.

Requirements

  • UAE experience is mandatory (minimum 2–5 years in Abu Dhabi market).
  • Strong existing client network in construction, MEP, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
  • Experience in Hilti, 3M, Promat, or Nullifire systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
