Position Summary

The Stock Room Lead is responsible for maintaining a highly organized, efficient, and accurate stock room operation while supporting the sales floor with timely product replenishment and excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping store operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-service-centered experience, supporting both customers and sales floor teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock room at all times
• Receive, sort, and store merchandise accurately and safely
• Support sales floor replenishment, ensuring product is available, stocked, and ready for customers
• Prioritize product flow based on store needs and sales activity
• Assist with inventory counts and accuracy checks
• Identify and proactively solve operational problems to prevent shortages, congestion, or workflow issues

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated

Physical Requirements

• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds
• Requires standing and moving for an entire shift
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist
• Ability to safely climb up and down a ladder

Availability

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as required by the business
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job
• Some travel may be required
