Shafrah Development Solutions is hiring a Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing new clients, closing deals, and driving business growth in the digital development field.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for app and website development services.
  • Present Shafrah’s solutions and close new business deals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT, software, or digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of web/app development processes and trends.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Based in Qatar or available to work remotely with GCC clients.

Compensation

Base salary plus an attractive commission for each closed deal.
