Sales Head

Kuala, India

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to drive business growth in the building & construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & annual targets.
  • Generate new business leads and build strong relationships with contractors, architects, and builders.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market opportunities and track industry trends.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of sales experience (building & construction industry preferred).
  • Strong network within the construction ecosystem in Kerala.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage key accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
