Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Head. This role will focus on building partnerships, driving revenue growth, and creating a strong presence across both digital and on-ground channels. The ideal candidate understands consumer wellness brands, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across B2B and retail channels.

Identify and onboard café, restaurant, and wellness studio partners to stock

Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers across key markets (starting with Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai).

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with ongoing product and event promotions.

Track and report on key sales metrics, revenue targets, and market feedback.

Represent at events, pop-ups, and collaborations to increase brand visibility.

Manage pricing strategy, margins, and sales budgets.

Recruit and lead a small sales team as the brand scales.

Requirements

4–7 years of sales experience in FMCG, F&B, or wellness/lifestyle brands.

Strong network within the café, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

Passion for wellness, matcha, or conscious living brands is a big bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
