REQUIRMENTS:

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

5 years of proven experience in sales leadership

Strong background in B2B sales

Expertise in sales strategy, planning, and forecasting

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Hands-on experience with CRM systems sales reporting

Target-driven mindset with strong decision-making skills
