We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead and manage the sales operations of our three business divisions – Monipack, Monifood, and Moniclean. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage Team Leads and Sales Executives across all divisions.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Monitor division-wise sales performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, customers, and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and business development activities.
  • Support collection management and ensure adherence to credit policies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM, ERP, and sales management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong experience in FMCG, Packaging, Food Products, Hygiene Products, Distribution, Manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and ERP software.

Pay: RO500.000 - RO600.000 per month
