We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead and manage the sales operations of our three business divisions – Monipack, Monifood, and Moniclean. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage Team Leads and Sales Executives across all divisions.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Monitor division-wise sales performance and implement corrective actions.
- Identify new business opportunities, customers, and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and business development activities.
- Support collection management and ensure adherence to credit policies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective use of CRM, ERP, and sales management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in FMCG, Packaging, Food Products, Hygiene Products, Distribution, Manufacturing, or related industries.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and ERP software.
Pay: RO500.000 - RO600.000 per month
