Hiring for a leading Luxury Jewellery Brand:

Job Title: Sales Head- B2B Diamond Jewellery

Location: Mumbai (Girgaum/ Girgaon) (Mumbai (Head Office) with Pan India travel)

Work Exp: Min 10 to 15 years in B2B diamond jewellery sales

** Male preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue growth within the assigned region in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Implement effective sales tactics to maximize revenue potential.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the jewellery retail, wholesale, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail jewellers to enhance revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the team to explore innovative approaches for business expansion.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for revenue growth and improvement.​

Collaborative Approach & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhanced output.
  • Adhere to a structured reporting framework, providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports highlighting key metrics, milestones, and project updates.
  • Be receptive to feedback to facilitate continuous improvements and address challenges

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of diamond jewellery design and market dynamics.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India.​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Total: 6 years (Preferred)
  • B2B Diamond Jewellery Sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Location:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
