We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in line with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve revenue objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the company’s customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to design effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and closing of high-value deals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 10–15 years of proven sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
