Position: Sales Head – Real Estate Development (Dubai)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales function and accelerate our growth in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate should be well-connected, entrepreneurial in approach, and experienced in building and driving a motivated sales team toward consistent, high-quality conversions.
Key Expectations:
- 5–7+ years of proven UAE real estate sales experience, preferably with a developer
- Currently leading a small but high-performing sales team with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Well-established personal network across Dubai’s broker community, investors, HNIs, and international channels
- Ability to bring pre-existing leads and strategic partnerships to create immediate sales momentum
- Skilled in team leadership, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance coaching
- Strong command of Dubai’s real estate ecosystem, market trends, and regulatory framework
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality sales talent
- Build and expand broker networks, partner alliances, and global outreach models
- Oversee sales presentations, deal negotiations, closing activities, and customer experience
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align pricing, campaigns, and product positioning
