Key Responsibilities – Sales Head

1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

· Develop and implement the overall sales strategy and business plan for IVY County to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.

· Set clear quarterly and monthly sales targets for the team and monitor performance rigorously.

2. Team Leadership & Management:

· Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of high-performing sales managers and executives.

· Foster a competitive, collaborative, and results-oriented sales culture.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement incentive programs to drive productivity.

3. Sales Process & Operations Management:

· Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and initial client consultation to site visits, negotiation, and closing.

· Ensure meticulous management of customer data, bookings, and documentation using CRM systems.

· Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns, promotional events, and collateral to support sales efforts.

4. Client Relationship Management:

· Act as the key relationship manager for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), key clients, and channel partners.

· Ensure an exceptional standard of customer service is maintained throughout the customer journey, resolving any escalations promptly.

· Leverage existing networks and build new ones to generate referrals and repeat business.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

· Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis to senior management.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average sale value, and sales velocity.

· Manage the project's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with the Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Project Construction teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and address any project-related queries.

· Provide market feedback to the management and design teams for future projects.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
