Role Summary

We are hiring a Arabic Sales Intake Specialist to conduct structured intake calls in our law firm. This role follows a strict script and prioritizes accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls in fluent English and Arabic
• Follow the intake script exactly
• Identify service type and urgency correctly
• Enter complete and accurate notes into the CRM
• Maintain same-day, 15 to 30 minute response standards
• Operative time zone is US Eastern Standard Time

Requirements

• Fluent English and second language
• Clear, professional communication
• Strong listening and documentation skills
• Is able to COVER WEEKENDS and some weekdays
