As a Senior Sales & Design consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs to offer the best service while maximizing sales. Under the supervision of the store manager, the Senior Sales and Design Consultant will be the brand ambassador of our brand: from greeting and presenting the Roche Bobois collections, discovering clients’ needs, to closing orders and following up the purchase process with your clients. With the Assistance of our 3D Design Team, the ideal candidate will also offer our "Interior Design" service, use the corporate digital tools to interact with the client and work directly on both large residential and commercial&nbs;projects.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes :

• 5+ years’ experience in Premium/ High End furniture sales.
• Must be able to engage with an upscale client base and converse easily.
• Must have the ability to build relationships and have passion for connecting with others.
• Must be goal oriented and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• High-end Attitude and presentation, Confident, Enthusiastic, Pro-active, ability to learn quickly.
• PowerPoint working knowledge required.
• AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 20/20 or Sketch up are a plus.

3D DESIGNER – EDINA, MN

Roche Bobois is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented 3D Designer to support our showroom team in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role combines design work, project preparation, merchandising support, and customer interaction within a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create floor plans and 3D renderings using 20/20, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Assist sales associates during in‑home customer visits and measurements.
• Prepare branded client presentations.
• Maintain and update the showroom’s materials library, vendor catalogs, and tear sheets.
• Support showroom merchandising, layout updates, and brand‑standard execution.
• Welcome clients as needed and assist sales staff with samples and sales tools.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
• Interest in furniture, interiors, or luxury design.
• Experience with 20/20 is a plus.

Role Details :

• Full‑time, 8 hours/day.
• Based in our showroom; schedule includes weekends.
