Job Title: Sales Intern (Internship Leading to Job)

Company Name: Cardiff Med Institute (A project of Cardiff Group)

Location: Cardiff Med, Wahdat Road, Lahore

Job Type: Full Time, On-site

Office Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

Working days: From Monday to Saturday

Number of Positions: 05

Stipend: 20,000 PKR per month plus commissions

Reporting to: Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the admissions and sales team in daily tasks including handling leads, following up, and guiding prospective students.
• Support in executing student outreach campaigns.
• Engage with prospective students through phone, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
• Maintain records of student queries and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Work closely with team leads and managers to achieve daily/weekly targets.

Internship Duration:

• 3 Months (Performance-based extension to full-time role)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn the art of academic sales.
• Passion for the education or training sector.
