Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the real estate and construction industry. This internship is designed to lead to a permanent job role based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in real estate and construction project sales
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Follow up with leads and maintain client records
• Support site visit coordination and client meetings
• Learn sales strategies, client dealing, and closing techniques
• Achieve assigned sales targets with team support

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or students (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in real estate and construction projects
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
• Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp business is a plus
