Job Description

We are hiring a performance marketer intern who is passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, and data-driven campaigns. This internship is designed to lead to a permanent role based on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google)
• Generate qualified leads for real estate and construction projects
• Monitor ad performance, budgets, and KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR)
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
• Create ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting strategies
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or students in Marketing, Media, Business, or related fields
• Basic understanding of Facebook/Instagram ads and Google Ads (preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Interest in real estate and construction marketing
• Creativity, consistency, and a goal-orientated attitude
