We’re expanding our team and looking for confident, people-driven Business Development Executives who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy speaking with clients daily.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage potential clients through cold calling, phone, text follow-ups
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for real estate agents
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with the sales team to hit daily and monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead activity

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in cold calling, business development, or customer service
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Real estate or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
