Sales Lady / Sales Man

We are seeking a customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, well-groomed, and experienced in delivering exceptional service in a luxury retail environment. Candidates must be confident in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Excel, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for jewelry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
• Understand customer needs and assist in selecting appropriate jewelry pieces
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations tailored to each client
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management using Excel
• Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support in a courteous and timely manner
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling high-value items and customer information

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales abilities
• Well-dressed and presentable at all times
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Driver Liscence
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
