Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead with a strong background in the education technology (EdTech) sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales, team management, and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise sales performance using CRM.
  • Train, motivate, and support team members to improve productivity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech sales.
  • Proven experience in team leadership.
  • CRM knowledge is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
