Sales Lead – Engineering Services

Are you ready to drive growth in NASCO’s Maintenance Services portfolio across the UAE?

Your Role:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for elevators, automatic garage doors, and property maintenance services.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and contract agreements tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance with technical standards.
• Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
• Consistently meet sales targets and expand NASCO’s engineering services portfolio.

What You Bring:

• Proven B2B/B2C sales experience in engineering services, facility management, or maintenance contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target driven with a strong ability to build long-term client relationships.
• UAE Driver’s License
