Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Responsibilities would be as follows:

Meeting with Clients and attending social events

Making a Business Plan and executing it

Achieving the given sales & revenue targets

Developing team and take the lead for business development

Highlighting business lead, and identifying business opportunities

Market analysis for identifying need of capability development
-
Participation / exhibiting in exhibitions
-
Enhancing the clientele in Food Lab Testing Services
-
Be a team player and coordinate with current team
-
Coordinating with Global Network labs and presenting solutions
-
Troubleshooting for smooth process
-
Acquiring Customer satisfaction
-
No. of meetings in a month
-
Achievement of assigned sales target
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
-
Post Graduate / Graduate with min. 8 to 10 yrs. of relevant industry Sales experience.

MBA Marketing will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Experience in the relevant field.

Good communication and writing skills, Fluent in English.

A team player.

Strong ethics and integrity.
