Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of new bakery products, including breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Improve existing product formulations for quality, shelf life, taste, cost optimization, and production efficiency.
  • Manage R&D trials, conduct sensory evaluations, and coordinate pilot-scale and plant-scale validations.
  • Identify new ingredients, technologies, and trends to introduce innovative concepts.
  • Closely collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation such as recipes, process sheets, test reports, and specifications.
  • Ensure all products comply with regulatory, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor the bakery R&D team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Baking Science, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in bakery product development (industrial bakery preferred).
