Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The role combines data scraping (to build targeted call lists) with cold calling (to connect with prospects and pitch our services). Your mission: turn data into conversations, and conversations into clients.

Responsibilities:

• Scrape and compile accurate business data for prospecting.
• Make outbound cold calls to decision-makers.
• Present our web design and citation page services persuasively.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for follow-ups.
• Track all scraped data, calls, and results using Google Sheets.
• Follow up with warm leads and close sales.

Requirements:

• Strong English speaking and communication skills (must be fluent and confident).
• 1-3 years of experience in cold calling/sales (preferably digital services like web design, SEO, or marketing).
• Knowledge of data scraping tools/methods for lead generation.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-driven and resilient, able to handle objections and keep pushing.
• Comfortable working night shift (8 PM – 3 AM).
• Office-based role in Johar Town, Lahore.
