Sales Manager – EdTech (Telesales)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager position , leading teams of Consultants fully responsible for closing deals and driving revenue.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage team with a clear focus on closing deals and revenue generation .
• Develop and execute high-impact telesales strategies to maximize conversion rates, average deal value, and overall sales growth.
• Provide continuous coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback to strengthen closing skills and objection handling.
• Analyze sales data and CRM reports to identify performance gaps, optimize scripts, and improve closing effectiveness.
• Partner with operations and marketing teams to improve lead quality, sales readiness, and conversion outcomes.
• Build and sustain a high-performance, target-driven call center sales culture focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• sales experience, with 2 - 5 years in Sales Manager / Team Leader role.
• Proven experience managing agents responsible for closing deals.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English .
• Comfortable using CRM systems to track team productivity is a plus
