Arla Foods KSA is pleased to open registration for the Sales Leads Academy – 2026

A development program designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a commercial sales career and becoming future leaders at Arla.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

Marketing - Business Administration - Management Information Systems (MIS) - Industrial Engineering - Accounting - E-Commerce - Finance


Additional requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in field sales
  • Passion for building a long-term career in Sales


Program Responsibilities:

  • Attend the practical training during the Preselection Internship period
  • Participate in group interviews and assessments
  • Develop core skills in sales, negotiation, and customer management
  • Execute real field assignments alongside the Sales team
  • Commit to the personalized development plan throughout the program
  • Participate in sales projects and support market data analysis
