Sales & Leasing Agent

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Leasing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market available properties for sale and lease.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information.
• Negotiate lease/sale agreements between landlords and tenants/buyers.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of listings, leads, and client records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, tenancy agreements, forms).

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or leasing (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of UAE property market and RERA regulations is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, presentable, and target-driven.
