Sales Man (Nepal Nationality)

• Make the sales floor ready before opening.
• Arrange and display merchandise neatly.
• Ensure all items are properly tagged and priced.
• Assist with unpacking, sorting, and labeling new stock.
• Replenish shelves and racks throughout the day.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and process returns or exchanges.
• Keep the shop neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Clean shelves, counters, displays, and fitting rooms regularly.
• Maintain a tidy and safe sales floor.
• Greet customers and offer assistance.
• Provide product information and help with selections.
• Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
