Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our healthcare sales operations across Muscat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our health centre services, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the services of our health centres.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients within Muscat and surrounding regions.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competition, and emerging trends.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies, insurance providers, clinics, and community organizations.
  • Ensure high-level customer satisfaction through continuous follow-up and support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on service offerings, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and administrative teams for smooth execution of service agreements.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue growth, and client acquisition metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and sales standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in clinics or health centres (not hospitals).
  • Strong network and understanding of the healthcare market in Oman.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Omani driving license preferred.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are an advantage but not mandatory.
