Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within assigned sectors and regions.
- Understand customer technical needs and recommend appropriate products, solutions, and services.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of Desert Rose offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop customized proposals and quotations.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and feasibility studies when required.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreements with customers.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the company’s business.
- Support after-sales activities, including troubleshooting, coordination with technical teams, and ensuring customer follow-up.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or engineering roles; experience in Oman or GCC region preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or solutions related to Desert Rose’s industry (customizable upon request).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid Omani driving license (preferred).
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
