About the Role
As a Sales Manager, your role is to support the F&B leadership in optimizing sales and marketing processes. You will focus on driving revenue through walk-ins, group bookings, loyalty programs, partnerships, corporate accounts, and Shangri-La Circle guests. You will also develop and implement strategies to promote offerings, enhance guest engagement, and strengthen the division’s local presence.
Key Responsibilities
Secure and nurture relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and high-profile guests to drive bookings and revenue.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase walk-in customers, group bookings, and participate in loyalty programs.
Proactively seek partnerships and collaborations to expand the F&B division's reach and market presence.
Actively promote the F&B division's offerings and enhance its brand image in the local community.
Effectively manage and leverage the Shangri-La guest database for targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
About You
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales manager role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
A degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing is desirable but not essential. A high school diploma and relevant experience are a must.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve revenue targets and has sound understanding of the local market and competitor landscape.
Familiarity with F&B operations, sales strategies, and marketing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. People-oriented, Outgoing, and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
