Sales Manager

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow regional sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance
  • Drive new business development, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
  • Oversee pricing, credit facility management, and timely collection of payments
  • Monitor sales KPIs, product movement, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to adjust strategies as needed
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams for tenders and proposals
  • Prepare management reports on sales performance, variances, and market trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regional sales management (preferably in the construction or FMCG sector)
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and credit control procedures
  • UAE market experience is an advantage

Performance Expectations:

  • Personal sales target: AED 2,000,000/month with 10% gross profit margin
  • Maintain 95%+ collection efficiency
  • Achieve KPIs related to customer growth, product branding, and market penetration
