• Build lasting client relationships in Dubai through face-to-face meetings, events, and pitches, presenting K&A as a trusted UAE talent agency.

• Secure long-term IT consulting contracts (1–5 years), negotiate terms, nurture partnerships, and explore market opportunities.

• Work independently with flexible hours, aligning with clients to maximize success and rewards.
