Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, mentoring agents, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Recruit, train, and mentor property consultants/agents.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee property listings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and real estate regulations.
• Drive high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales..
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal regulations.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
