Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Growth / Sales Manager to lead our customer acquisition and revenue generation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving sales conversions, and implementing growth strategies to scale the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue expansion.
2. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
3. Lead market research, analyze industry trends, and identify untapped growth opportunities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design, and technology) to align growth strategies.
5. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure scalability and profitability.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
● Understanding of the construction industry, materials, and project execution.
● Sales and marketing knowledge.
● Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
● MBA (preferred from a top-tier institute) with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy.
● Proven experience in driving growth, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related sector.
● Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
● Motivation to work in a highly ambitious, demanding, and performance-driven environment where targets are steep, but achievements are deeply rewarding.
