Sales Manager

Are you passionate about sales and well-connected in the shisha lounge or HORECA industry? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to grow our shisha charcoal business across the UAE.

Key Skill Sets/Competencies

  • Develop and manage relationships with shisha lounges, cafés, and restaurants.
  • Promote and sell our high-quality shisha charcoal products.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification and Experience.

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a big plus.
  • Experience working with HORECA or shisha lounge clients.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven.
  • UAE driving license preferred
