Sales Manager

Sobha Realty is hiring experienced, results-driven Sales Managers to join our elite sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in Dubai’s competitive off-plan luxury real estate sector.
  • Leverage a strong broker network and HNI client connections to generate consistent, high-quality leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships while delivering a world-class sales experience.
  • Represent Sobha Realty with passion and drive, positioning the brand as the developer of choice in Dubai.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and maximize revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan strongly preferred).
  • Strong broker connections and HNI client network.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Fluent in one or more of the following: German, Russian, Persian, French, Turkish, Spanish, or Hindi.
  • Passionate, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
