Sales Manager

Xebia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Hunter to join our team in [UAE/Saudi Arabia]. As a hunter, you will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth for Xebia’s portfolio of IT services, including digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI, and software development. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, a passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced markets of the UAE and Saudi Arabia.


  • Own and exceed annual sales targets across software, data, and AI verticals
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with Xebia’s global vision
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships with enterprise clients and government entities
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving cloud-native platforms, AI/ML solutions, and data engineering services
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and product teams to shape client-centric solutions
  • Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with hyperscalers, system integrators, and innovation hubs
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to leadership
  • Proven success in selling to large enterprises and government clients in the GCC region
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, data architecture, and digital transformation trends
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with global delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical background preferred
