To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the generator field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the generator sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Manage and lead the sales team, providing training and performance guidance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular market analysis.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years sales experience in the generator or power solutions industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network of industry contacts in the UAE/GCC market (preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License.
